PACERS 2010 Annual Conference
The PACERS Annual Conference brings together PACERS participants, schools, and communities to celebrate and interpret the year’s work, to plan for 2010-11, and to explain the organization’s objectives and activities to potential partners—including schools and communities, and to others interested in the well-being of small rural schools and communities.
This years conference will be hosted by the Florala/Lockhard PACERS Chapter (Florala H.S., Florala M.S. and Harlan Elementary).
The conference will start at 8:30 a.m. at Florala High School with morning registration, and end at approximately 2:15 p.m. More detailed conference information will be sent out to local chapters and schools in February.

What: The annual conference for 2010 will feature presentations by students and sponsors involved in PACERS programs (rural science, community newspapers, community documentation, entrepreneurship), awards, workshops, and community chapter training and discussion sessions.
How Many: The maximum number of persons from each participating school (including PACERS local chapter members) is 30. Application may be made for more spaces at time of registration, however, no additional spaces can be confirmed until after the registration deadline of April 15th. Applications for additional spaces will be taken on a first come first served basis.
Registration: To register please send the name of your school/community and the number of persons attending to admin@pacersinc.org by April 1st. Please include the name of the contact person—i.e. the person who coordinates and makes the registration and who is to receive updates on the conference). Individual registrations should be sent to admin@pacersinc.org
